SAGE data

Two studies were done in which SAGE data were collected. One study was directed at the definition of photoreceptor-enriched or specific genes (Blackshaw et al. Cell, 2001) and the other used SAGE to find genes that are temporally regulated in development (Blackshaw et al. PloS-Biology, 2004). Both studies include a large number of in situ hybridization images. The data are organized in two places on this web site. To access a searchable database with all of the SAGE data from both studies, as well as the images, click here. To access the tables and figures from the Cell 2001 paper, click here.
